In our last episode, we made a commitment to lose weight, and invited all our wonderful fans to join us in the Weight Loss Challenge. Here are the rules for the Weight Loss Challenge:

• You must be a subscriber to our Youtube channel (click here for the subscribe button)
• You must submit "before" and "after" pictures holding a current newspaper.
• All entries must be submitted by April 17th.
• You cannot use fat burners or surgery of any kind. The weight loss must be achieved through proper diet and exercise.
• The winner will be selected on May 31, 2011.

The winner will receive a gift certificate to Modell's, as well as a guest appearance on a future episode of The RocChar Show!
